- Departure time is July 2nd, 10-11AM Hawai’i Standard Time (HST) (UTC-10).
- The GPS devices will update position every minute.
- The riders may leave the coverage area for the cellular technology mid-channel. Do not be alarmed! This is like passing into the radio blackout while orbiting the far side of the Moon. Their track will be uploaded in full when they get within the coverage area on Maui.
